    Judy Riddell founded Princess Hoka Properties with a single vision: to thoughtfully renovate and reimagine a 1920s bungalow next door to her home in Oxford. Backed by a degree in design and more than 20 years of hands-on experience in building and renovation, that project quickly set the tone for something larger—where craftsmanship, character, and intentional design come together.

    Today, as Hoka House Design Build, the firm specializes in the restoration of historic homes and the construction of new residences in Oxford, Mississippi and the Pickwick Lake area. Each project reflects a commitment to timeless design, quality materials, and spaces that feel both elevated and lived-in.
