1920's Revival on South Lamar

Originally built in the 1920s, this classic Craftsman on South Lamar has been thoughtfully restored and reimagined by Judy Riddell and Hoka House, blending historic character with refined modern living. Taken down to the studs in 2018, Judy and her team carefully revived the home with a focus on honoring its architectural heritage while introducing elevated finishes and a fresh, livable layout.

Inside, pine floors, antique doors from New Orleans, and period leaded glass windows bring warmth and authenticity to the light-filled interiors. The kitchen, featuring handcrafted tile, anchors the home’s gathering spaces while thoughtfully layered materials highlight the craftsmanship throughout.
