Originally built in 1955 for WWII veterans returning home to build their families, this 880-square-foot home in the historic Avent Acres neighborhood carries a rich history and timeless character. Judy fell in love with its story and took the home down to the studs, rebuilding it with care and intention—without adding a single inch to its original footprint. All of the home's historic charm remains intact, while everything else is entirely new, featuring beautifully curated finishes and elevated details throughout.
